'The Villa' is a very comfortable, warm and spacious mobile home with 3 bedrooms, double glazing and gas central heating (sleeps up to 7). Comfortable lounge with 3 sofas, TV/Freeview/Radio/Hi-fi, well equipped Kitchen with plenty of fitted units, large gas cooker, microwave and fridge, Indoor dining area with distant sea views of the Cardigan coastline (don't forget your binoculars to catch one of the many bluenose dolphins that pass by!). There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite WC/Shower room and fitted cupboard space, the other two bedrooms have twin beds and are served by another separate WC/Shower room. The lounge also has a small double sofa bed suitable for a child or one adult. Situated on a small, family run site in a great private position with sea and countryside views of the Ceredigion coastline. Outside is a sheltered and private seating area with BBQ, dining table/chairs. There's plenty of parking available and the closest beaches of Penbryn, Tresaith and Aberporth are renowned for their Blue Flag status and regular sightings of dolphins during the Summer months. These beaches are all served by cafes, restaurants and public houses. The Villa makes a great base for visiting New Quay, Llangranog, Cardigan - all within 20 minutes or Pembrokeshire half an hour away or even North Wales around 1.5 hrs drive.
