A charming 3 bedroom house in easy reach of Cardiff City Centre. The property is comfortable and well presented and can accommodate up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and an additional person using sofa bed if required. The ground floor has a spacious dining room that leads on to the separate lounge with additional leather sofa and sofa bed. Patio doors lead to a private south facing garden. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The hallway leads to a spacious bathroom with a large double rain flow shower, WC, basin and bath with additional mixer shower. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and a third with a triple bunk bed (1 double and single full size mattress). A cot and highchair can be provided on request. The house is very warm with full central heating and there's plenty of parking space just outside and also in a large lay-by opposite. Just a few few minutes walk away there is a 12 screen Multiplex Cinema, a 10 Lane Bowling Alley, 2 public houses and a range of restaurants including Frankie & Bennies, Nandos, KFC and McDonalds. A five minute drive gets you to Castell Coch, the historic Castle built by the Earl of Bute which has been carefully restored and is now open to the public - a little further on and you will reach the centre of the City of Cardiff and venues such as the Wales Millennium Stadium for sporting and cultural events. The house and its location offers guests the best of both worlds being close to the city centre but in a beautiful location with outstanding views of the local Garth mountain area to the front and side. For public transport there is a local railway station nearby and a bus that stops just a few steps from the house - £2-3 pp or a taxi will cost around £18 between up to 6 people. A convenient base for those looking to visit the beautiful coast of Wales, or if wanting to experience the magnificent St Davids 2 centre for shopping or if wanting a walking or cycling holiday (there is a lockable store for bikes in the garden). The property has full central heating making for cosy stays in the autumn/winter. Linen is provided including bath towels for each guest. Additional linen is provided for stays of more than one week. Changeover services can also be arranged for stays of more than 1 week if required.  Free on street parking is alway readily available.
