This beautiful apartment is located in a stunning Architect designed, exclusive riverside warehouse conversion in the heart of Rotherhithe Village. It benefits from stylish interiors and secure entry. The flat is spacious, light and airy. There are two good sized bedrooms, both with double beds. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom and another off the main hallway. The living room is large and has stunning uninterrupted views of the River Thames provided by the full width patio doors opening opening out onto Juliette balconies. There's a very well equipped modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, hob and coffee machine.

LIVING AREA/ KITCHEN/ DINING AREA
The living area is very spacious. There are two large comfy sofas and a leather chair perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. The TV has a wide variety of channels so you will not be stuck with finding something to watch. For winter breaks there is a lovely wood burner effect fire in addition to the usual central heating. There are a selection of books on the shelves in the main hallway to help yourself to.
The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and has everything that you would need to create some lovely meals . There's an array of pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and plates. The large fridge freezer means  you will be able to store food if required and theres a fabulous Nespresso coffee machine.
The dining area is located next to the kitchen area and seats 6 people comfortably. In the summer or on a sunny warm day it is lovely to open the balcony doors and let the sounds of the River flow through to feel just like you are dining al fresco. Or if you prefer to eat out, next door is the historic Mayflower pub where they serve delicious food, there is also a lovely restaurant and coffee house serving delicious cakes immediately opposite the apartment and plenty more to choose from in Canada Water just 10 minutes walk from the flat.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a comfy double bed, and the ensuite bathroom leads off this room. The second bedroom has a double bed. The beds will be made up spotlessly for you using quality linen. There is also plenty of storage in the wardrobes of both bedrooms for you to store your clothes.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms in the property. The en-suite bathroom has a fabulous walk in shower with waterfall shower head, basin and toilet. The family bathroom is of a similar high standard with a bath and over bath shower, basin and toilet. Towels will be provided for each guest. Additional linen is provided for stays of more than one week. Changeover services can also be arranged for stays of more than 1 week if required. A secure private parking space can be provided on arrangement.
